Essence Credits (see Zenith for your real balance and usage) are granted once at signup on Seeker — no recurring grant. Explorer, Scholar, and Apex instead get a real daily and weekly usage allowance (60/day + 360/week, 200/day + 1,200/week, and 700/day + 4,200/week respectively) that resets automatically and is drawn before your purchasable balance; it's not the same as a credit grant to your spendable balance.
Paying for any paid plan in crypto (USDC) gets a real 5% discount at checkout — real card-processor fees skipped, passed straight through rather than kept as extra margin, but it's a one-time charge for one billing cycle. Pick “Paystack” instead for a real auto-renewing monthly subscription.
Need help with a charge? Read the refund policy or request a refund. Refund requests and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Real Muse EEG pacing via Focus Session is open to every plan too, but isn’t free — it’s billed 10 Essence Credits per minute, same as self-report pacing.
